My participation in ATCE courses has resulted in a leap forward in my journey to authenticity. I have finally acknowledged myself – my true self – as opposed to my being a character in one of my many stories. I appreciate the guidance of Yasuhiko on this path; but in addition, the observations, encouragement and support of my classmates. His guidance and support, and theirs, has helped me identify the competing personalities that have diverted, and to a lesser degree, still divert, me away from my authentic self.
In addition, during ATCE courses, I have made progress in self-remembering and in self-observation. The readings, on-line consultations and conference calls, along with the multi-day symposia, have all contributed to this growth. I believe the study of Buddhism and its Eightfold Path and my Enneagram-Bible assignment will add depth to my spiritual quest and help give me gain an even greater appreciation of my own religion and spirituality.
As a result of my ATCE experience, I expanded my sphere of thinking and I feel a greater unity between my own self and the world and universe. I am more in touch with and more accepting of who I am. I feel more closely connected to my own religion and my creator. I believe that my spirituality has been enhanced and has become more authentic. I now have a better understanding of my life purpose for my own growth and for the betterment of my community.
For those reasons and more, I highly recommend ATCE to those who are interested in expanding their knowledge and increasing the depth of their understanding of themselves and others for their own transformation.
